Group Rates

The group rates shown here are based on two adults sharing one cabin.

All prices are based on occupancy. A change in the number of guests sharing a cabin will result in a price change, subject to availability.

The Seminar at Sea Group Rates are limited. Once the group rates are sold out, current prices and availability may be requested by emailing groups@levartetravel.com.

All prices are subject to change at any time and based on availability. Carnival reserves the right to increase published fares without prior notice.

All taxes, fees, port expenses, and Seminar at Sea events are included in the rates shown here. Gratuities and Travel Protection are not included but are available upon request.

Singles, Third & Fourth Guests

Pricing for single cabins, or cabins with 3 or more guests, is based on availability - please contact groups@levartetravel.com for more information.

Any occupancy changes may require a cabin change, subject to availability.

Single occupancy is available at 200% of the fare for all categories.

Cabin Options

Cabin location is determined by the category selected. Your selected cabin location will be assigned once the full deposit is applied. The cabin location will be based on availability at that time.

Cabin categories not listed here may be available upon request.

Other

You must be a current Levarté Travel Advisor to book this cruise and be included in Levarté Travel Seminar at Sea events (a non-Levarté member is welcome to share a cabin with you). You must book on this website to be considered for Seminar at Sea events.

Payment Schedule.

The full deposit is due at the time of booking. The first deposit is not refundable or transferable.

$250.00 per person | Required at the time of booking

*Should you choose to purchase Carnival Vacation Protection, the amount is due with your deposit.

The full remaining balance will automatically be deducted on the final payment date.

Full Balance | Due on or before July 19, 2023

Cancellation Guidelines.

The first deposit of $250.00 per person is not refundable. In addition, please find the cancellation penalty guidelines listed here:

August 29, 2023 | Begin 50% per person penalty

September 24, 2023 | Begin 75% per person penalty

October 9, 2023 | Begin 100% penalty

Know Before You Go.

Documentation.

A passport is highly recommended for travel documentation, however, is not required for this cruise. Please be sure you have the appropriate documentation to travel:

) U.S. Passport, unexpired and valid for 6 months beyond travel.
or
) Government-issued Birth Certificate AND Unexpired Government-Issued Photo ID

Proper travel documentation is required at embarkation, throughout the cruise and is the responsibility of the guest. If the proper documents are not presented, the guest will be denied boarding and no refund will be issued.

Flights and Ground Transportation.

Airfare and transportation to the pier are not included.

Transfers can be pre-purchased through Carnival up to 2 days prior to the sail date.

Miami International Airport (MIA) $22.99 USD One Way / $45.98 USD Roundtrip per person

When purchasing airfare, we recommend your arrival flight into Miami (MIA) should be no later than 12:00 PM, and your departure flight from Miami (MIA) should be no earlier than 12:00 PM.

Airport to Port Distance: Miami International Airport is 10 miles from the port. Fort Lauderdale International Airport is 29 miles from the port.

Gratuities.

It is customary for our guests to extend gratuities to the shipboard staff in appreciation for their hard work and exceptional service. 100% of your gratuities are distributed to the crew who you interact with, such as your stateroom attendants, dining and culinary services staff, as well as others who work behind the scenes to enhance your overall cruise experience. Applying this charge automatically streamlines the recognition process and ensures our crew will share in your generosity.

Pre-paid gratuities may be added to your reservation for $101.50 per person.

If a guest has not pre-paid the gratuities, the recommended per person amount will be posted to their Sail & Sign account on the second to last day of the cruise.

Vacation Protection Plan.

The Vacation Protection Program is optional – but strongly recommended.

Experience a carefree cruise — from the time you leave, until you're back home — with the Carnival Vacation Protection, available upon request for an additional cost.

Vacation Protection Plan pricing is based on the total package price.

The cost of Carnival’s Vacation Protection Plan is due at the time of your deposit. Please be sure to add VPP on your booking request form when booking.

Note: Carnival Vacation Protection is not available to residents of New York.

Dining.

The group will have dinner in the Main Dining room together each night at 8:15 PM.

If you would like to dine with a friend in another cabin, requests may be sent to groups@levartetravel.com.

Dining assignments are on a request basis and will be confirmed when names and full deposits are provided.
