Payments.
A nonrefundable deposit of $200 per person is due to reserve your space.
Your credit card will automatically be charged for the remaining balance on August 2.
Cancellations.
The first deposit of $200 per person is nonrefundable.
All additional payments are non-refundable.
In the event you need to cancel your reservation, please email groups@levartetravel.com.
Transportation.
Arrival and departure transfers are included to and from Dubai airport.
Airfare is not included.
Be sure to arrive in Dubai (DXB) on September 25 and depart on September 30, 2021.
*Departure COVID-19 PCR test at government-approved clinic @ USD 64 per person. This is done 3 days prior to departure. You will be brought to and from the location to be tested.
*A Negative Covid-19 test 3 days prior to departure that they will have to show upon check-in at the airport.
On the return, Tours for the World local office will provide transportation to and from their location for testing 3 days prior to leaving UAE.
The cost is $64.00 to test which is paid by the participant.
If the participant test positive they will have to quarantine for 7 days at their own cost.
