Room rates are quoted in USD, per person based on specified room category and double occupancy (2 adults). The single rate applies when only 1 single adult is occupying the room. Room assignment will be subject to hotel availability.
The check out time is 12:00pm. The check in time starts at 3:00pm.

Payments will be processed automatically to the card on file for your trip according to the schedule:

• February 17, 2025 $150 PER PERSON
• March 17, 2025 $150 PER PERSON
• April 1, 2025 Full Remaining Balance

Airfare is not included. All guests are responsible for purchasing airfare to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic (PUJ).
Round-trip transfers are provided by Amstar. Included transfers are valid for arrival on May 4 and departure on May 7, 2025. Deviations may not be accepted.
Please be sure to secure your airfare in a timely fashion and email your full itinerary to groups@levartetravel.com no later than 60 days prior to arrival (March 5, 2025).

Terms and Conditions
Guests before departure from hotel must settle individual folios to cover all incidental charges to their rooms. For purpose of this provision, individuals must provide the hotel with acceptable form of payment at check-in (major credit cards or deposit of $100USD per day).
Changes to reservations (including, but not limited to, name and occupancy changes) made within 40 days prior to arrival will incur a change fee.
Payments will be chaged automatically to the card on file for your trip according to the payment schedule outlined above. The full balance is due no later than April 1, 2025.
Cancelation Guidelines
Should you need to cancel your trip, please email groups@levartetravel.com - all cancelations are subject to the guidelines outlined here.

91 days prior to arrival - Begin 50% penalty
90-61 days prior to arrival - Begin 75% penalty
60 days or less prior to arrival - Begin 100% penalty
