At the new adults-only Margaritaville Beach Resort Riviera Maya, all guests enjoy the signature Island Reserve Inclusive® Experience, which includes five-star global dining, unparalleled service, luxurious amenities, spectacular entertainment, and immersive experiences and activities.
It’s an upgraded, elevated take on the traditional “all-inclusive” concept, infused with Margaritaville’s hallmark sense of adventure, escapism, and laidback luxury.
Rooms & Rates
The group rates are by hotel category in USD which are Gourmet Inclusive, per person, and inclusive of all taxes and service fees.
Rates below are based on occupancy and are valid for May 2-5, 2024 (3 nights). The rates below include accommodations for 3 nights, plus round-trip transfers.
*Bedding specifications will be assigned by the hotel. Bedding specifications are on a request basis only and may not be guaranteed until arrival.

Know Before You Go.
Flights & Transfers
Airfare is not included and must be purchased by all travelers.
Airport transfers to/from Cancun International Airport (CUN) and Margaritaville Beach Resort by Karisma, Riviera Maya, are included in your package and the price displayed.
Round-trip transportation is valid for your arrival on May 2 and departure on May 5, 2024 and will be provided by Lomas Travel, DMC.
Please purchase your airfare in a timely fashion and email your complete flight details to groups@levartetravel.com no later than 60 DAYS prior to the travel date (by March 3, 2024).
Travel Protection
Travel protection is not included. As travel professionals, we highly recommend Travel Protection because it helps ensure a vacation free from worry. We strongly recommend you purchase a plan if you have not already done so.

Travel Documents
All guests traveling internationally are required to have a valid passport. Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least SIX (6) MONTHS beyond the conclusion of your trip. Thank you for your attention to this important travel notice.
Complete travel documents will be emailed to you within 60 DAYS prior to departure.

Changes & Deviations
Reservation details must be finalized 70 DAYS prior to arrival. Any amendments made after 70 DAYS are subject to penalties according to the cancellation/attrition policies listed under Payment & Cancelation Guidelines.
Guest names can be updated on each booking up until 30 DAYS prior to travel. Reduction of guests or status changes between travelers may result in a change of cost on the reservation.
Name changes submitted after 29 DAYS are considered a cancellation within 100% penalty of the original guest; replacement guest may be added at the standard rate available.
Guest Registration
During the guest registration process (upon arrival & check-in), you may be asked to provide a CREDIT CARD on file for incidentals.
Additionally, during the guest registration process, you will be asked to sign registration documents that include terms around governing laws and consent to jurisdiction related to any claims you have as a result of your stay at the Hotel.

Payments are scheduled to automatically process on the dates outlined here:

Payment & Cancelation Guidelines
The first deposit of $250.00 PER PERSON is not refundable. Additional payments are subject to the cancelation guidelines outlined here:
120-91 DAYS prior to arrival | Begin 30% penalty
90-61 DAYS prior to arrival | Begin 50% penalty
60-31 DAYS prior to arrival | Begin 80% penalty
30 DAYS prior to arrival | Begin 100% penalty
*Beginning January 31st - All changes made after this date (dates, occupancy, name changes, cancelations) will be subject to penalties.
