a) Cancelations between 179 and 60 days prior to your travel date: 50% penalty per person
b). Cancelations between 59 and 31 days prior to your travel date: 75% penalty per person
c). Cancellations within 30 days prior to your travel date (including no-shows, late arrivals, and early departures): 100% penalty

Travel Requirements.
A valid passport is required for this trip.
You must be an active Levarté Travel Advisor to book and attend this trip.
Flights & Transportation.
Airfare is not included. Please purchase flights in a timely fashion.
Arrival and departure transfers are included between the Cancun Airport and Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya.
*Please note: The dollar amount for transfers will be added to your total ($30 per person).
Please arrive in Cancun, Mexico (CUN) no later than 5:00 pm on May 4 and depart any time on May 7, 2023.
Travel Insurance.
We encourage you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip from unforeseen circumstances.

Hotel Information.
This property is Adults-Only.
The hotel check-in time is 3:00 pm. The hotel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate early arrivals.
The hotel check-out time is 11:00 am. Guests staying beyond the check-out time without hotel authorization will be charged for an additional night's stay.
